HeroFights - A guide
Calling all heroes, heroines, villains and villainesses! A new game pack has arrived for The Boxing Ring - HeroFights! Players can now don their spandex, wear their underpants on the wrong side of their costume and do battle with one another before rubbing their victory in with a sexy aftermath!
This pack contains hundreds of actions that act as an overhaul for The Boxing Ring game. Effectively, you receive an entire new game mode!
This guide will explain how the game works, how to access it and how to play. But here are the basics:
- This is a special action pack available for TBR.
- The pack contains an entire alternative game mode.
- The boxing ring context is swapped for a superhero fight.
- The game consists of a fight to determine the winner/loser, followed by a non-competitive aftermath (prize round) in which the winner dominates the loser.
- The game largely follows the same game mechanics as the base Boxing Ring game (for details, read this guide).
- The game can be customised with the "TBR Custom pack".
How do I get HeroFights?

First of all, to play HeroFights, you need to have access to the TBR game mode. This pack acts as an add-on and so is not accessible on its own. Please ensure that you have access to the base mode before buying the pack.
Because the pack contains an entire game mode, it has hundreds, if not thousands, of actions and therefore costs 500 EF coins.
After you have purchased the pack, you must activate it for the characters you wish to use it with, as you would for any action pack.
After that, simply start a TBR game, either with a player or a bot, using the character you have activated it for. The pack is usable by both players. This means that only one of the players needs to have the pack: it is not necessary for both players to have purchased it.
NOTE: At the time of writing, HeroFights has only been developed for MvF play. FvF and other gender options may be developed in the future.
When the game starts, the initial actions for a boxing game will display. Selecting one of the actions will start a boxing game with the default settings. If the HeroFights (or TBR Custom Pack) pack is active, the following action will be displayed:

Selecting this action will lead to a simple game options menu system of actions. Please note that in bot games, the bot will NOT select these options for you. The player will always decide on the setup of the game.
The next action that comes up will be to access the superhero game:

Players can now choose to use the boxing game or the superhero game.
Note that if either player has the "TBR Custom Pack" then additional options will then be displayed to customise the game rules. More details on this will follow later in this guide.
How do I play HeroFights?
The HeroFights game largely follows the same system, structure and game mechanics of the TBR boxing game. For an in-depth explanation of the game system, please read this guide. This guide will only explain the differences between the two games.
Okay, so maybe a brief synopsis of the basics first:
- The game starts with a fight. The winner of that fight has the control in the sexy aftermath.
- A single, decisive knock-out is decided by a cum test. These are only available when your opponent's life points are reduced to 80 or less. If they are reduced to 65 or less, then powerful finisher moves are unlocked.
- If your opponent's energy is reduced to 5 or less, powerful special moves become available.
- Once a player is defeated in the fight, a non-competitive aftermath (prize round) is played. The player with the control dictates the positions and who cums.
- This control can be subverted by the loser with a successful "rebellion test". In this situation, the control is flipped from winner to loser.
How is HeroFights different?
In the boxing game, round break actions periodically appear, giving the players chance to rest and recover stats. Obviously, this situation does not fit a superhero fight context and so is not included in the HeroFights game. The impact from a gameplay perspective is that LP is easier to drain because the round break system in boxing allows players to recover it.
To compensate for this, in HeroFights the energy recovery actions in the first action slot restore small amounts of LP too. Generally, if the recovery action restores only a small amount of energy, it will restore a larger amount of LP, and vice versa. Take note of this when selecting when to recover. Keeping LP high blocks your opponent from being able to knock you down.
Another difference regards the aftermath (prize round). The superhero game contains hypno and bondage actions, which the boxing game does not. Some rare finisher moves may apply these statuses at knock out but mostly they are applied using actions in the first slot during the aftermath.
If a player is in hypno or bondage, additional actions are unlocked for the attacker. This includes extra actions in many scenes/positions. It also includes entirely new scenes (e.g. leaving a heroine bound on a sybian). Note that these actions require the relevant kinks to be activated accordingly.
The player who is bound or hypnotised does have a chance to escape. There are actions that will remove the status but they will only show up if they are at full (20) energy, which means that they cannot the redraw feature to get them. They must be patient and lucky.
Additionally, if a player is under the effects of hypnosis or bondage, they will no longer be able to use rebellion tests. These status effectively seal control for the attacker as there is no way that a sub can seize a position of power when under physical or mental control. Because rebellion tests are less likely to show up due to the bondage/hypno restrictions, they have been buffed to make them more effective. Rebellion tests, if played, are more likely to succeed than in the boxing game.
Other custom options (With the TBR Custom Pack)
Just like in the boxing game, additional customisation of the game is available with the "TBR Custom Pack". This is available from the "Action Packs" screen and costs 100 EF coins.

The pack is usable by both players. So as long as one of the players has it, the game will be able to be modified. In a bot game, the bot cannot select options for you: it will always be the player choice.
When selecting the game mode, once the superhero game has been selected in the initial menu action system, the following choices will appear:

If you select the first option, the game will start with the default settings. A superhero fight will start and both players will begin will default stats. This is a fair and balanced game for domination.
Handicaps
If you select the handicaps option, it allows one player to start with a significant advantage: perfect for sneaky, cheating villains! The following options will appear:

The first option will dismiss the handicaps and the fight will be fair and balanced. Selecting either of the other two will reduce the affected player's energy to 0 and their LP to 80. This means that they must recover energy before they can attack and that they are able to be knocked down right at the start of the game.
Please note that, although this does give a significant advantage to the other player, it is still perfectly possible for the handicapped player to win.
Skipping the fight
If you choose to skip to the aftermath, you can bypass the fight and go straight to the sexy scene. This is perfect for that jail or dungeon scene, or RPing an interrogation! Basically, the game then becomes a designated dom/sub RP mode with a superhero/villain context.

Selecting the top option dismisses the choice and will take you to a fair and balanced fight for control. Selecting either of the other two choices determines who starts the scene in control. Note that hypno and bondage effects will NOT be applied to begin with and, of course, the sub can still subvert control with a successful rebellion test.
Fight only
If all you are interested in is the fight, run short on time or a sexy aftermath does not fit your RP, then another option will allow you to skip the sex altogether and go straight to game over.

The above option is displayed at the end of the fight round, following the knock out action. It will display for both players, meaning that either player can select it. It also means that in bot games, you can skip the aftermath regardless of whether you won or lost. As usual, the action is only playable by humans: bots can never skip the action for you.
Enjoy the game!
Thanks for reading. We hope that you enjoy the mode. We are very excited to present it to you: we feel that the super fraternity of EroFights deserves to be recognised and served a game. As always, action submissions are gratefully welcomed. These can either be for the fight or the aftermath rounds. If you enjoy the game, please do contribute to it to help make it even more exciting and diverse. And if there are any issues, please contact 4th Dimension with any queries.
Have fun and stay super!
